1. Drew Seeley actually was the voice of Troy Brotten (Zac Effron) in the first High School Musical movie. He later took Zac’s place on the HSM concert tour whil Zac was filming Hairspray when HSM2 and HSM3 came along, Zac did all of his own singing.
2. The role of Tiara Gold — aka Sharpay’s evil assistant in High School Musical 3 — was originally offered to Selena Gomez. Ultimately, she turned it down!
3. Miley Cyrus makes a super quick appearance in the pool party scene at the end of High School Musical 2.
4. Lucas Grabeel, who played Ryan Evans, learned all of the “Getcha Head in the Game” choreography even though he was NOT in the scene. It was his favorite dance!
